Our Adult Strength Class has it all! This class includes everything from kettle bells amd barbells, to rowers and pull up rigs. We combine Endurance, Plyometrics and Gymnastic Movements to get your heart rate in full calorie burning mode!
ADULT BOOTCAMP
45 min - All Levels
Boot Camp workouts combine an intense mix of strength training and aerobic elements. We focus on calisthenics and military style drills. These endurance workouts are sure to make you feel the burn!
KIDS FITNESS
45 min (Ages 6-16)
Kids thrive with regular exercise-mentally and physically! Staying active not only strengthens muscles, increases flexibility and lowers obesity but also builds self-confidence. In class they will incorporate push-ups, sit ups, jumping and other age-appropriate activities in a fun way.
